Ellen Bank

The padding on this bench is just right—firm enough to sit on comfortably while putting on shoes, but soft enough that it doesn't feel like a park bench. The fabric upholstery has held up well with daily use in our entryway, and the solid wood frame feels genuinely sturdy.

I needed a hallway bench that didn't look boring, and this one's soft padded seat and solid wood legs fit the modern look I wanted. The upholstery feels durable enough to handle daily use, and it’s been a great spot to sit while putting on shoes.

The fabric is surprisingly durable—our cat has already tried scratching it and the upholstery hasn’t frayed at all. The padding is thick enough to sit comfortably while tying my shoes, but the bench still looks sleek in the corridor.
