I needed something simple to brighten a dark corner in my reading nook, and this lamp’s soft ambient glow is just right—it fills the space without being harsh. The base feels sturdy enough that I don’t worry about it tipping over, even with the cats around.

The tall stand is perfectly weighted—no wobble even on my uneven carpet. Light spreads evenly across the whole room when I’m reading, and the knob on the pole is smooth to slide. Exactly what I hoped it’d be.

The lamp head tilts easily, which helps direct light exactly where I need it for reading. It's a bit shorter than I expected for the room, but the ambient glow it gives is warm and even.
