The X-shaped base is more elegant in person than it looked online, and the curved seat makes it perfect for slipping on shoes. Really happy with how solid it feels.

The monkey pod wood has a really rich, warm grain that makes it stand out, and the curved seat is far more comfortable than I expected for such a compact stool.
