I was worried about the headrest being too firm, but it actually cradles my neck perfectly while I’m working. The high back support makes a huge difference during long days at the desk.

The leather is genuinely soft—not that plasticky stuff you get on cheaper chairs—and the high back with the cushioned headrest makes long workdays way easier. Took a couple days to dial in the tilt, but now it feels like it was made for me.

The adjustable height mechanism is smooth and precise, which I appreciate during long workdays. The high backrest with cushioned headrest provides excellent support for my neck and upper back.
